1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 48+ hours before appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling
  • 24-48 hours before appointment: 75% refund or free rescheduling
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% refund, rescheduling subject to availability
  • No-show: No refund applicable

2. Session Packages

For multi-session treatment packages:

  • Packages are non-transferable to other individuals
  • Unused sessions can be refunded at pro-rata value minus 10% admin fee
  • Package validity is typically 12 months from purchase date
  • Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis

3. Treatment Dissatisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with a treatment, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. Our medical team will review your case and may offer a complimentary follow-up session, alternative treatment, or partial refund based on individual circumstances.

4. Medical Concerns

If you experience any adverse reactions or medical concerns following a treatment, please contact us immediately. All follow-up consultations for treatment-related medical concerns are provided at no additional cost, and refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team via email or phone
  • Provide your booking ID and reason for refund
  • Our team will review and respond within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed treatments and services
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers
  • Consultation fees

7. Rescheduling

We encourage rescheduling over cancellation when possible. You can reschedule your appointment up to 2 times without any additional fees, provided you give us at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling can be done through our website or by contacting our support team.
